Returns and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items
Should an item be defective or damaged (through no fault of your own) then we will offer to replace the item, providing that:
- Your request is made within 30 days of purchase
- The item is unused and has not been worn
- The item is in the same condition that you received it
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Non Defective and Undamaged Items
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace items that are not defective or damaged.
Refunds
We always try and resolve any issues with items through replacements, rather than refunds. However, if you would like a refund, please contact us. You can either use the form on the home page, or the email address found on the packing slip.
Processing Replacements
Please contact us if you feel that your item is damaged or defective. You can either complete the contact form on the home page, or email us using the details located on the packing slip. We may request photographs of the item which can be sent via email. Should we deem the items either defective or damaged, then we’ll ask you to return the items to us using the details provided on the packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, and if approved will notify you as to when you can expect us to send your replacement item.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
